Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve service delivery processes.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years of college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer-service orientation.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
