Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in Mandarin and English.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Document and maintain customer interaction records in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and good command of English.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts if required.
