Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools and following company guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, updating information as required in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in an onsite office environment in Pangasinan.
