Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional multi-channel support to customers via chat, email, SMS, and phone.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, response time, and resolution rate.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months to 1 year of solid BPO or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts and permanently working from home.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a secure and reliable internet connection and a backup plan.
- Amenable to full-time employment with a global client.
