Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional multi-channel support to customers via chat, email, SMS, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's products, services, and policies.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, response time, and resolution rate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of solid BPO or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts and permanently working from home.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
