Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airline services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Process flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings according to airline policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the airline's CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and knowledge sharing
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with airline regulations
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and self-study
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with customer service software
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
