Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and resolve issues related to our EdTech platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Provide product guidance and troubleshooting tips to students and educators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and share customer feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed quality assurance and response time targets.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (call centre, remote support, or related fields).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and handling multiple chat/email threads.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or tech support is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule including weekends or holidays as needed.
