Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to telco services.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service activations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Educate customers on product features, service benefits, and promotional offers to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge for the assigned telco account.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or graduate is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or telco industry is an advantage but not required.
