We are looking for experienced professionals with at least 1 year of hands-on Global Distribution System (GDS) expertise—specifically in Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo—to deliver exceptional service to travelers worldwide.
In this role, you will handle booking inquiries, reservation modifications, itinerary management, and provide real-time solutions to clients. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel packages via phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to create, modify, and cancel passenger name records (PNRs) accurately.
- Provide fare quotes, fare rules, and ticketing assistance in compliance with airline and travel policies.
- Resolve customer issues such as booking errors, schedule changes, refunds, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and seasonal promotions to offer informed recommendations.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to expedite complex requests and minimize customer wait times.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) – Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a high-volume, multitasking environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, chat tools) and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle irate customers professionally.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
