Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channelsResolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently with first-contact resolutionCollaborate with team leaders to achieve performance metrics and service goalsMaintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutionsAdhere to company protocols and quality standards in all communicationsContinuously update product knowledge to provide accurate informationActively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred1+ years customer service or call center experienceExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekendsProficient in basic computer applications and CRM systemsEmpathetic customer-focused mindset with patience and resilience
