Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries on the first call.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and company updates.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support channels.

Qualifications

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate (College degree is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Iloilo City.
