Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries on the first call.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, process changes, and company updates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support channels.
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (College degree is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Iloilo City.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Can start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
