Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and update customer records.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years college education or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
