Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and update customer records.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years college education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and weekends as required.
