Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the team.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a standard 5-day work week.
