Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
  • Provide detailed information regarding laboratory testing procedures, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with laboratory staff to update clients on the status of their samples and results.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in our internal CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the management team when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
