You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation to long-term adoption and growth. By leveraging your deep understanding of shipping, supply chain, and logistics processes, you will translate complex technical workflows into actionable business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Drive successful platform onboarding and implementation for new B2B clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that align with client business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and product feedback.
- Monitor product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate platform ROI to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer-requested features.
- Proactively mitigate churn risk through consistent engagement and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Implementation.
- Proven expertise in the shipping, logistics, or global trade industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue dynamics.
