  • Resolve complex inquiries, track order status, and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address escalations and process improvements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for data analysis and quality assurance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding nXscale’s values in every communication.
  • Identify recurring trends in customer feedback and escalate actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, BPO, or call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) or CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
