Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails regarding hotel bookings and travel inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about property amenities, local attractions, and reservation policies.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with high attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to provide efficient, real-time support.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain quality service standards and meet performance KPIs.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting fellow agents.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School graduate (Senior High School diploma) or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or hospitality/front-office role is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications.
