Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding telecom products and services.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to ensure high first-call resolution.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response time.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Adhere to data privacy protocols and company security policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, and College Graduates.
- No prior BPO experience required, though previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with web-based tools.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment in Davao City.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to provide excellent customer experiences.
