Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring customer follow-up.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience (experience level may affect starting salary).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
