Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
