Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions and update CRM systems with accurate information
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer challenges
- Maintain performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR) while exceeding quality standards
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product/service expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- 6+ months BPO/customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Filipino with clear communication skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Willingness to complete background checks and drug screening
