Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document and update customer interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical or billing concerns
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of customer service or BPO experience preferred
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written communication)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and CRM systems
- High school diploma; college education is advantageous
- Resilience under pressure with adaptability to shift schedules
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
