Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding vehicle sales, service appointments, and dealership procedures.
- Process, verify, and manage incoming invoices, purchase orders, and service documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records, vehicle inventory data, and dealer management systems (DMS).
- Provide exceptional support by resolving customer issues related to vehicle financing, warranty claims, billing discrepancies, and service scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal sales, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and data integrity.
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality assurance scores, and data accuracy rates.
- Assist in generating reports and reconciling data to support dealership operational needs.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry, or BPO role. Experience in the automotive or finance industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when handling sensitive data and financial documents.
- Proven ability to multitask, work in a high-volume environment, and meet strict deadlines.
- A high school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Pasig City, with the flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have the legal right to work in the Philippines.
