Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product and service information, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records and case logs.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical support to escalate and track complex issues until resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or SHS certification (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused attitude; no prior experience required.
