Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with interaction details.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up on resolution progress.
- Participate in training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and support processes.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer service workflows and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or call centre role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and common software such as MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
