Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while escalating complex matters to senior management.
- Conduct product training and onboarding sessions for new users to maximize their success.
- Analyze customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and products.
- Update customer records and track interactions within the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service gaps and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
