Join Indodana, a leading fintech company in Indonesia, as a District Sales Manager – Paylater for the Palangkaraya region. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive the growth of our Paylater product across Central Kalimantan. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our merchant network to achieve aggressive revenue targets. You will be the face of Indodana in the district, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive district sales strategy to achieve Paylater product targets and expand market share in Palangkaraya and surrounding areas.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team KPIs, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Identify and onboard new merchant partners (retail, e-commerce, services) to increase the Paylater acceptance network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants, providing ongoing support and training to maximize transaction volumes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and product positioning.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to regional management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit risk guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive user adoption of the Paylater feature.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in fintech, banking, or consumer lending.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment, with experience in merchant acquisition and partnership management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of the Palangkaraya and Central Kalimantan market landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analytics for reporting.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working under a contract employment arrangement with a fast-paced startup culture.
