Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials that align with the curriculum.
- Facilitate student learning through innovative teaching methods and collaborative classroom activities.
- Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students regarding their projects and professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum reviews and development.
- Conduct relevant research and publish scholarly articles to contribute to the field.
- Evaluate student progress through fair and comprehensive assessments, including assignments and examinations.
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and university initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (S2) or Doctoral degree (S3) in a relevant field of study.
- Possession of a valid NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the university level or equivalent industry expertise.
- Strong commitment to high-quality instruction and academic integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and collaborative academic environment.
