Cycle & Carriage, a leading automotive dealership in Malaysia, is currently seeking a reliable Driver – Leapmotor to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of Leapmotor electric vehicles to customers and dealership partners across the Johor region, ensuring every handover reflects our commitment to premium service.
You will work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer engagement teams to coordinate pick‑up and drop‑off schedules, conduct pre‑delivery vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate records of mileage and fuel usage. The position requires a customer‑first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a punctual work ethic, as you will be the face of Cycle & Carriage during each delivery.
Key responsibilities include planning efficient routes, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, adhering to traffic regulations, and promptly reporting any mechanical issues. You will also support the team in occasional customer events, providing test‑drive assistance and addressing queries on Leapmotor’s electric vehicle features.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate and transport Leapmotor vehicles to designated locations across Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and test‑drive appointments.
- Conduct pre‑delivery vehicle inspections, including battery status, cleanliness, and documentation checks.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety standards at all times.
- Report any vehicle defects, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly to the fleet manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service during vehicle handovers, addressing questions about vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist with occasional promotional events, including test‑drive coordination and customer briefings.
Qualifications
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics roles.
- Familiarity with the Johor Bahru road network and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English; ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate reliability.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to perform simple vehicle checks and report issues.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
