Our PAUD program focuses on holistic developmentâcognitive, social, emotional, and physicalâthrough playâbased learning and ageâappropriate activities. You will design and implement lesson plans, assess childrenâs progress, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily educational activities aligned with the PAUD curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for children aged 3â6.
- Observe and document each childâs developmental progress and share updates with parents.
- Organize playâbased learning experiences that promote literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support childrenâs learning journey.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organize learning materials, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Participate in professional development workshops and staff meetings.
- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or S1 in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
- Valid PAUD teacher certification or equivalent training.
- Proven experience working with preschool children (preferably 1â2 years).
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to design engaging, ageâappropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Basic first aid and child safety knowledge (certification preferred).
