Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate academic curriculum aligned with national and international standards for Early Years and Primary levels
- Lead the affective (social-emotional) development programs, ensuring holistic growth for every student
- Coach and mentor teachers through regular observations, feedback sessions, and professional development initiatives
- Design assessment frameworks that measure both academic progress and socio-emotional milestones
- Collaborate with school leadership to establish learning goals and track educational outcomes
- Create engaging parent communication strategies to strengthen home-school partnerships
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and maintain high standards of child safety and wellbeing
- Organize professional learning communities and educational workshops for staff development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Early Years or Primary education settings
- Proven track record in curriculum development and pedagogical leadership
- Strong understanding of social-emotional learning frameworks and child development theories
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Experience in teacher mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development program design
- Knowledge of Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) or international frameworks such as IB PYP is preferred
