In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing digital growth strategies, optimizing online customer journeys, and ensuring maximum market penetration across various e-marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the building materials landscape, combined with analytical rigor to drive conversion rates and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales volume and market share for sanitary and building products.
- Manage end-to-end operations on major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and the brand’s proprietary e-commerce platform.
- Oversee product content optimization, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality imagery, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends, troubleshoot performance gaps, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute high-impact digital campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments in the sanitary sector to pivot strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the building materials, home improvement, or sanitary industry.
- Deep familiarity with Indonesian e-marketplace ecosystems (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) and backend seller management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace internal tools).
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities and drive revenue growth in a digital environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
