Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure academic improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet the specific learning needs of our students.
- Provide guidance and support for students preparing for international proficiency tests, particularly IELTS.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic development.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum quality and teaching standards.
- Effectively manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive and disciplined learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent English proficiency certification.
- Proven experience as an English Teacher or Language Instructor.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and modern English teaching methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students and staff.
- Demonstrated ability in classroom management and leading group sessions.
- Passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their potential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full-time based in Denpasar, Bali.
