Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective English lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Conduct interactive classroom activities that promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Utilize multimedia tools and authentic materials to enhance student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student performance through quizzes, assignments, and oral evaluations.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in professional development workshops and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize extracurricular language events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum English proficiency of CEFR B2+ or IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent).
- Prior teaching experience, preferably in ESL/EFL settings, is advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to motivate diverse learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
- Valid work authorization to teach in Indonesia.
