Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging English or Mandarin lessons tailored to students' needs.
- Create comprehensive lesson plans that align with the center's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and academic performance.
- Prepare instructional materials, visual aids, and interactive activities for classroom sessions.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to enhance teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- For English Teachers: Proficiency in English (IELTS/TOEFL certification is a plus).
- For Mandarin Laoshi: Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or higher preferred).
- Prior experience in classroom teaching or private tutoring is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom time effectively.
- Passionate about language education and culturally sensitive in a diverse learning environment.
