Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Utilize diverse teaching materials and digital resources to enhance student participation and learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain an organized and positive classroom environment that encourages student confidence.
- Communicate regularly with parents and management regarding student academic development and attendance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, English Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing final year).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; IELTS/TOEFL certification is a significant advantage.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but fresh graduates with a strong command of the language are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students of different age groups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible part-time hours in Binjai, Sumatera Utara.
