Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to expand market share across new and existing distribution channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of distribution agreements, ensuring alignment with Erajaya’s corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams to exceed regional KPIs and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing departments to ensure seamless product availability and promotional support for all channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports and revenue forecasts for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Channel Distribution Management, Enterprise Sales, or a related senior sales leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and managing distribution networks, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
