  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of distribution agreements, ensuring alignment with Erajaya’s corporate objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams to exceed regional KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and marketing departments to ensure seamless product availability and promotional support for all channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Channel Distribution Management, Enterprise Sales, or a related senior sales leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and managing distribution networks, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
