Responsibilities
- Reconcile vendor statements with payable aging reports to ensure accuracy
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice queries and payment schedules
- Prepare and process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records for audit purposes
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in manufacturing or similar industry preferred
