Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for company management, their families, and VIP guests to various destinations.
- Plan and optimize routes using navigation tools to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic congestion.
- Maintain the company vehicle(s) to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness, performing routine checks and arranging for maintenance as required.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all passenger activities and sensitive information.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a smooth and compliant driving experience.
- Assist passengers with luggage, parcels, and entry/exit from the vehicle with courtesy and professionalism.
- Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing the company with distinction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a professional chauffeur, personal driver, or company driver, preferably serving management or VIPs.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license with an impeccable and clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore's road networks, traffic patterns, and efficient routing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and respectful approach.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and last-minute requests.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of luxury vehicles is an advantage.
