Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, vehicle scheduling, and route planning to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage and arrange vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Analyze and control vehicle operational costs, driving initiatives to improve fuel efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate optimal pricing for repairs, spare parts, and insurance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on fleet utilization, cost performance, and logistics KPIs for management review.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all logistics and transport activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, fleet management, or transport coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost management and budget control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) for data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid Class D driving license and own transport.
