Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, vehicle scheduling, and route planning to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage and arrange vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze and control vehicle operational costs, driving initiatives to improve fuel efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate optimal pricing for repairs, spare parts, and insurance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on fleet utilization, cost performance, and logistics KPIs for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all logistics and transport activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, fleet management, or transport coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost management and budget control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a valid Class D driving license and own transport.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
