Responsibilities
- Develop and execute treasury strategies to optimise liquidity, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Monitor daily cash positions, forecast short-term and long-term funding requirements, and manage bank account structures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, negotiate credit facilities, and oversee banking operations.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risks, and implement appropriate hedging strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for surplus cash, ensuring alignment with company risk tolerance.
- Prepare treasury reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support M&A and project financing activities by conducting financial modelling and due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and financial covenants.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or sustainability-driven industry.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking products, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, or ACCA) are a plus.
