Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment handling voice accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
- Must be willing to work onsite in Davao City
