Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyebrow shaping, threading, and waxing services for clients.
- Conduct brow tinting and lamination procedures following Browmakers' standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable brow styles.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health regulations.
- Uphold exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest brow techniques and trends through ongoing training.
- Assist with retail product recommendations and upselling brow care items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily salon targets and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational beauty course is a plus.
- No previous experience required—willingness to undergo thorough paid training.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady hands for precise work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
