Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyebrow threading, shaping, and grooming services for clients.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable brow shapes.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on aftercare products and maintenance routines.
- Manage client appointments, walk-ins, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest brow trends and techniques.
- Assist in promotional activities and maintain the overall aesthetic of the lounge.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- No previous experience required; a strong willingness to undergo intensive training is a must.
- Possesses manual dexterity and a steady hand for precise grooming work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients.
- Willing to work during mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
