Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend customized aesthetic treatments and skincare routines.
- Perform high-quality facial and aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
- Proactively promote and sell clinic services, treatment packages, and medical-grade skincare products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends, equipment, and advanced skincare techniques.
- Ensure the clinic's treatment rooms and equipment are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-care advice to ensure optimal treatment results for clients.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in facial therapy, beauty consultancy, or the aesthetic industry.
- Possess relevant certifications in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, SKM, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets within a retail or service-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Well-groomed with a professional demeanor suitable for a premium aesthetic clinic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards self-improvement.
