Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments and aesthetic procedures according to SOZO Skin standards.
- Provide expert assistance to doctors during clinical procedures and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment room environment at all times.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment skincare routines and product usage.
- Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and provide top-tier customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Document patient treatment progress accurately in the clinical records system.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Minimum education background in Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or related health/aesthetic fields.
- Proven experience as a Facial Therapist, Beautician, or Aesthetic Nurse (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if certified).
- Deep understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from medical supervisors.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to support clinic operations.
