Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor equipment performance in real-time and promptly report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new production tools and packaging lines.
- Ensure all facility areas, including the warehouse and production floor, are clean, organized, and adhere to strict hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and track effective preventive maintenance schedules.
- Perform basic repairs and minor adjustments to equipment to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting equipment and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
