Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV systems, including AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical and mechanical installations to identify and troubleshoot faults.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades and specialized repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and facility management guidelines.
- Manage maintenance documentation and work logs to track system performance and service history.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and site facilities requests.
- Assist in general building maintenance tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Technology (or equivalent).
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or HVAC/ACMV roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform hands-on technical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and undergo training provided by the company.
- Basic proficiency in reading technical drawings and service manuals.
