Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on medical devices and electromedical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal device performance
- Provide on-site technical support and training to healthcare professionals and medical staff
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports for all service activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and support
- Stay updated on the latest medical technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer for medical devices
- Strong background in electromedical equipment and troubleshooting
- Certification in medical device repair or maintenance is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for medical devices
