Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and site feasibility studies for new retail locations
- Negotiate property leases and acquisition agreements with landlords

- Analyze demographic and commercial data to identify high-potential sites

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or site acquisition
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and site analysis tools
- Knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations
- Experience in retail or construction industry preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
