Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end installation and configuration of company products at customer sites.
- Conduct routine diagnostic tests and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software malfunctions efficiently.
- Provide clear technical guidance and basic operation training to end-users on-site.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed maintenance calls.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and operational protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for travel to client locations.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused professional demeanor.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessitated by service demand.
