Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including data entry and processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure all financial records are updated in the accounting system with 100% accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation processes to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify documentation and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for all financial documentation and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in finance is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL, or UBS) is highly desirable.
